REGISTRATION AND SUBSCRIPTION

Although You may register as a Member of the Service and send certain truths for free, if You wish to use certain other parts of the Service, You must become a subscriber and pay the fees that are set out. This price list is part of this Agreement And We reserve the right, at any time, to change any fees or charges for using the Service. To become a Member, You must register for the Service. We ask that you create a username, password and email address. Email addresses are used for registration purposes Only. Your email address will not be sold or distributed. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and Your use of the Service and, in such event, You shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused subscription fees.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

Joining Tell Your Truth is free. However, there is a small fee for certain anonymous, instant notification services.  A Small fee increases the creditability, worthiness, importance and urgent nature of the Truthmail. Small fees also help cover the cost of operations, necessary to have a reliable and viable site that can be accessed at anytime, by anyone. A small fee is a good faith effort to become a Guardian of Tell Your Truth.  If someone really wants to tell their real truth, the user shall pay a small fee to enhance the integrity, validity and urgent nature of knowing the truth. When the user pays a small fee (Less than a cup of coffee) to tell your truth, it increases the creditability and value of the truth. All Fees paid/ memberships are non-refundable. You hereby agree and authorize TellYourTruth.com/Sharontruth, LLC to automatically renew your membership payments for the 30 and 60 day subscriptions on a continuing basis and to charge your credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership. Once purchased, membership fees are NONREFUNDABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE PARTIAL, even in the event that your membership is terminated for violations of our Terms of Service. All TruthMail sent via text message or e-card (email) are sent directly from TellYourTruth.com. At Tell your Truth, when you use a service that has a fee, you will have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. Tell Your Truth does NOT store any credit card information. All Credit Card Transactions are handled and protected by Stripe. Stripe maintains strict administrative, technical and physical procedures to protect information stored on their servers, which are located in the United States. Stripe uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard the account registration process and sign-up information. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of this Service. When using your credit card, all of your information is sent directly to Stripe, our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. LIMITATIONS

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability this site is provided by Tell your Truth on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tell your truth makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information or content included on this site. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infrigement. Further, we do not warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, always available or error-free or that the service will meet your requirements or that any defects in the service will be corrected we disclaim liability for, and no warranty is made with respect to, connectivity and availability. In no event will we be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including but not limited to service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, even if we our agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or any other person than you. INDEMNITY BY MEMBER

You will defend, indemnify, and hold Us and Our officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties harmless, for any damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of Your use of the Service, including: (1.) Your breach of this Agreement; (2.) Your activities in which you engage on or through Tell Your Truth, and (3) any content you submit to anyone through the Services of Tell Your Truth.com and SharonTruth,LLC.  This indemnity shall be applicable without regard to the negligence of any party, including any indemnified person. You will pay us for any losses that you cause.

Statements, comments, opinions, advice or other information or content made available through the Service, but not directly by us or endorsed by us, are those of the person sending the truth. Such authors remain anonymous and are solely responsible for such content.
